The location couldn't be better. a 15-minute walk takes you downtown. The room, however, lacked air conditioning and was too warm.

Absolutely loved my stay at Elizabeth Manor. The room was newly renovated, modern, very spacious, and ultra clean. Earl made the experience fantastic with his warm welcome and helpful tips about local attractions and dining spots. Coffee and muffins were available, perfect for a quick breakfast. The location is unbeatable, a short walk to downtown and right near beautiful Signal Hill. However, the shared bathroom situation wasn’t ideal, and I encountered some issues with the screen in the bathroom that allowed a hornet to enter. Noise from the common area could be heard at times, which somewhat affected peace. Still, I would definitely choose to stay here again, likely opting for a different room to avoid the shared bath.

Recommend for solo travelers

I really loved staying here. The kitchen setup was fantastic, with coffee and those yummy muffins. Felt like home, you know? And the garden was a nice touch for unwinding.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I'd say it’s worth it for what you get.

We had a fantastic stay with our grandchildren at the charming guesthouse. The terrace provided a lovely spot for breakfast, where we enjoyed the fresh items and delightful conversation. The host was super personable, making us feel right at home, and we appreciated the spaciousness of our room.

My wife says that more kid-friendly activities would be great.

The Queen Suite with Spa Bath was amazing. It had a spacious layout, a two-sink bathroom with a tub and separate shower, and super comfy beds. The garden was lovely and the breakfast spread was huge with bagels, croissants, and fresh fruits. Location was perfect for sight-seeing.
